Executive Outreach Activities

Recruitment is more than just an activity; it is a holistic process. At Nevoxel, our commitment to our clients and candidates goes beyond providing recruitment services. We believe in being a continuous partnership, offering pre-recruitment and post-recruitment outreach activities to address their unique challenges and concerns. The first initiative in the maritime sector of such nature is through the NECD where wellness and training initiatives are undertaken, both in an individual and collective way  Mental health issues of seafarers are looked into either through one-to-one counselling services or group training programs. Called NECD Mental Health clinics these initiatives will address the deteriorating concern of mental health among seafarers. The second NECD initiative is about skill and training on issues related to the Management of Maritime Logistics. NECD in association with accredited organisations will be issuing certificates after the end of the programs which can be done through online or hybrid mediums. The third NECD initiative is the sea-to-shore career guidance program
