Responsibility
As Training Instructor you will be responsible for managing the training of our seafarers,
Further you would be responsible for,
• Carrying out and coordinating various inhouse and external training programs for Indian
seafarers, as per the Company’s training matrix
• Identifying training needs, developing trainings and also measuring effectiveness of the
training conducted
• The management of Cadets – deck and engine
• Organizing and coordinating officer seminars in India
• Ensuring that the training budget is monitored and adhered to
• Monitoring onboard computer-based training
Desired Profile:
Master Mariner/Chief Officer/Chief engineer with Minimum two years of training experience
